Spur-D
SPUR DSHELTERS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Spur-D in short) makes and delivers Shelters of various sizes, shapes and details. Smaller shelters/units can be used for landscaping, interiors, pet houses, pavilions and play-areas. Larger shelters are ideal for Hutments, Houses, Cafes, Commercial and Business-set-ups.
Spur-D is prepared to deliver its services around the globe for small units to be made using Spur-Domes & Shells technologies.
For bigger units and projects, Spur-D can cater to the urban and approachable areas of all States in the mainland India, only.
Currently we are serving in the following areas: Jammu, Udhampur, Samba & Kathua (Jammu & Kashmir, India), and our rates and discounts are fully applicable here.
Conditions
- Minimum size of the Project: 200 Sq M Floor Area/ 100 SqM Ground Cover
- Additional costs will be levied:
- On projects/ sites requiring additional earthwork, carriages, etc.
- For Logistics/ Transportation/ Taxes/ Surcharges, appropriate to the site or location and norms set by the Government.
- For additional facilities (like: site design, supervision, etc.) or elements (partitions, elevational features, interior and exterior finishing, etc.) created upon specific request by the proposer later on.
- Minimum booking amount: 5% of Cost
- An agreement document will be signed between the parties before the commencement of the work.
- Responsibilities of the proposer:
- Approvals from the competent authorities will be the responsibility of the proposer.
- Proposer will provide water (for construction), Electricity connection of 2 KW and a minimum additional working area on site (as per agreement) adjacent to the site of construction.
- Design of a hut will be deemed to be accepted by the proposer upon booking.
The dome-shells made by Spur-D are monolithic in character; no structural alterations are permitted in it, without professional guidance from Spur-D.
Right to Product & Brand:
Spur Dshelters Services Private Limited (or Spur-D) owns the intellectual property rights and copy-right to all the Domes and Shells constructed by it. It also reserves the rights to:
- Put up branding badges on the Dome-Shells constructed by it, at suitable positions.
- Transfer a copy-right to a firm/client on a set of designs and details of a project, if requested, but under certain conditions.
- Demonstrate the process and construction in public domain; Promote the images and videos of the constructed hut for the promotion of Spur-D.
- Hire other professionals and contractors for execution of projects or enter into MOUs with other professionals for project implementation and management.
- Appoint Apprentices and Interns on the sites of construction.
